Biography

Throughout the 15 years of my professional career, my dedication and hard work have allowed me to experience a range of multifaceted industries and numerous job-titles. I have worked as a clinical psychologist, certified project management professional, seasoned healthcare evaluator and policy analyst.

I have served at numerous federal agencies such as Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE), and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

My ongoing position as CEO at the W2 Consulting Corporation, has given me professional experience along with invaluable leadership skills. All my listed experiences have shaped my world view and my perceptions, creating my unique outlook on work and life.

I bring many years of practice, a thirst for knowledge and a unique mindset. I don’t simply wish for things to happen, I make them happen. I am a go-getter and don’t rest until a task is completed to perfection. I have exemplified this in the numerous research projects I have been involved in, along with at my teaching career at the American Public University.

My key areas of interest are behavioral health, minority health and health care disparities, military and Veterans’ issues, program evaluation, public policy, and policy analysis. My years of work in related fields have given me immense knowledge and expertise which I wish to continue expanding with my future ventures. There is so much change still to be made, all that’s left is for me to go out and make it, and this is just the beginning.
